Building A Creative Region – The 3rd Internatiolan Forum On The Creative Economy

Adriapol Institute and Marin Barleti Institute on Research and Development organized the 2nd International Forum on Smart City.
On the 19th and 20th of May 2016, Adriapol Institute and Marin Barleti Institute on Research and Development organized the 3nd International Forum on Creative Economy an annual event, that will continue to carry on the mission began in May 2014, drawing out the creative part of a region full of culture and art, rich in tradition and with a religious diversity to be reckoned, but so poor in economic terms. With the participation of more than 100 representatives from 15 countries, this 3rd major meeting clearly will represent an important moment of aﬃrmation for the regional creative industries.
Apart from the possibility of networking, the Forum will present an intensive programme of meetings covering topics such as public and private funding, training and exchange for managers, business models, among many others.
It will be a great coming together of creative industries, education providers, policy makers and young people to support and safeguard the future of the creative and cultural sector in the Region.
The forum welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Maringlen Spiro, Universiteti Marin Barleti, Tirana, Albania. Presentation and discussions were followed by several local and international city leaders and important country actors.
